210 Cases Produced - Release Date: September 2011 – 91% Cabernet, 7% Merlot, 2% Malbec
Our Estate fruit provides the intense flavors and deep ruby color while a small amount of Merlot and Malbec add to the complexity and depth. The different lots were aged individually for 24 months in American Oak barrels and bottled in October 2009. This wine is full of dark cherry, vanilla and mild herb flavors with a firm but balanced tannin and acid structure. The 2007 vintage is ready to enjoy now and will drink well for another 5-10 years. Always 100% Estate Sangiovese, our 2008 offering is a perfect match for any occasion. It is has mild vanilla and oak aromas with a ripe fruit background. It was harvested in early October and aged for 24 months in American Oak. Ready to drink now but it will also age well for a few more years. Less than 50 cases were produced and will be sure to sell out quickly.
50 Cases Produced - Release Date: September 2011 – 62% Sangiovese, 31% Syrah, 5% Pinot Noir, 2% Viognier
Not just a summer sipping wine, Perrucci Family Rosato is pressed from the freshly picked grapes of our prized Sangiovese, Syrah and Pinot Noir harvests. A touch of Viognier rounds out the blend creating an exotic treat to the senses. It is floral and aromatic with a crisp finish that pairs with any light meal. This is a limited production wine that will only be available directly from the winery and is sure to sell out quickly.

100 Cases Produced - Release Date: December 2011 – 100% Merlot GOLD MEDAL WINNER
This is another exceptional wine made from 100% varietal harvested at the Regan Vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Unlike supermarket Merlot, this wine is the epitome of what Merlot should be, rich and full bodied. Hints of vanilla, caramel, currant and dark berries fill the senses and excite the pallet. LIBRARY AND SPECIAL RESERVE SERIES WINE
Over 50% of the Cabernet grapes for this vintage came from our Estate in the Santa Cruz Mountains with the remainder from the Pedregal vineyard in Paicines. Though the two vineyards are very similar in climate and grape growing philosophy, the subtle differences are what really make the two a perfect match. Combined with a small amount of Merlot from the Regan vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains, this wine is a balance of fruit, herbs, mild tannins, coffee and a hint of smoke.
This wine is a hand blended selection of the finest lots of Cabernet our cellar has to offer. After two years in the barrel, the individual lots were blended and returned to the barrel for one more year of rest. It is the ultimate showcase of the fruit from our Los Gatos Estate. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and multidimensional but not overpowering to the senses. The cherry, vanilla and herb flavors are perfectly balanced with smooth tannin and acid. Sold in a beautiful wooden 3 bottle gift box, the 2006 Reserve Series Cabernet is a wine that will impress even the most demanding palate. Only 100 gift boxes produced.
