2017 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay
Our Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay is sourced from the highly regarded Regan Vineyards. This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in 100 percent stainless steel, retaining all of its crisp acidity. The wine's acidity enhances the grapes varietal characteristics, giving it the rich green apple, dry pear, grapefruit and green melon flavors. There is a refreshing minerality to the body which makes it perfect for the warm days of summer.
2016 Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir, also from the Regan Vineyard, has an extravagant nose of dried dark fruit, mint, candied cherry, with hints of clove and soft spices. This vintage has well balanced acidity and tannin yet does not lack body. The body is soft and silky smooth. It was aged in mostly neutral barrels to preserve the delicate varietal flavor. While it is drinking beautifully now, we expect this wine to age nicely for up to 4 more years.
2016 Santa Clara Valley Pasha Syrah
From our nearby Pasha Vineyard in Almaden Valley, this Syrah has gone through a warmer growing year compared to the rest of our wines. The extra warmth this wine receives produces a rich, full bodied wine, with many complexities. The wine has a rich maple bacon nose with dried herbs and lavender. There are hints of currents and blackberries throughout. Layer upon layer of flavors coupled with supple tannins and well-balanced acid make this an age worthy wine. It should continue to improve over the next 4 years.
2015 Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is always the perfect wine for any occasion and this year is no different. The wine goes well with or without food due to the complex aromatics and robust body. The nose is full of cedar, dried sage, eucalyptus, coffee, and mild dried leather. There are hints of raspberries and strawberries. The wine is true to its varietal and one that all Cabernet lovers must have. The wine will age excellently and can be safely laid down for up to 6 more years.
2015 Santa Cruz Mountains Cento (Club Members Only)
Last year we introduced our newest premium wine, Cento which is a blend of the best grapes from our Estate Vineyard. Cento is Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon dominant with Sangiovese to round it off. The best lots were combined and returned to oak to age in longer. Here is our next Cento. Our 2015 Cento is better than ever before with its lavish nose of boysenberry jam, mint, blackberries, cedar, forest floor, and with mild herbs.
